Millions of patients can now track their prescriptions thanks to the rollout of a new feature in the NHS App helping to reduce unnecessary calls and visits to pharmacies.

The past few months have seen us busy getting out into the community and listening to your views about health and care.

Any person nearing the end of their current supply of regular medication is being urged to get their repeat prescriptions in as soon as possible to avoid being left without over the long Easter weekend.
