How should patient data be used by the NHS in your area?

Complete our survey and enter into our prize draw to win a £100 high street shopping voucher.
A male doctor talking to a female patient in a doctor's office. The doctor is typing on a computer.

Your local Integrated Care Board (ICB) plans and organises NHS services in your area. The ICB is considering new way to use patient information to plan services better and identify people who may need extra support.

Because patients would not be asked individually for permission to use their data in this way, the ICB must go through an approval process that includes asking the public for their views. This is your opportunity to have your say!
