Tell us what you know about NHS Health Checks for people aged 40 to 74. We want to find out how aware people are of these checks, what enourages or prevents people from attending, and how services can better meet the needs of patients.
The NHS Health Check is a free check-up of the health of your heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular health). The check is for people who are aged 40 to 74 who do not have certain pre-existing conditions.
We want to make NHS Health Checks easier to access for people in Bath and North East Somerset. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to our survey questions - just your experience.
