Share your experiences of communication in hospitals
Have you spent time in hospital recently? Do you use a language other than English or have a condition that makes communication harder? We want to hear from you.
We want to understand how hospitals support patients who have additional communication needs, such as those who speak a language other than English or have a condition that makes communication harder. This could include:
- People with speech difficulties
- People who are Deaf or who have hearing loss
- People with learning difficulties and/or autism
- People with dementia
There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to our survey questions - just your experience.
Your feedback will help us identify what’s working well and find areas for improvement. We will make practical recommendations to hospitals in the Bath and North East Somerset area, including the Royal United Hospital (RUH).
