Annual Report 2013/14

We held a successful launch event on 23 September 2013 which was well attended by stakeholders and commissioners. The launch gave us the opportunity to update on the first six months progress in setting up and beginning to hear what local people have to say about their health and social care services.

This year has seen the development of the our governance structure to allow us to demonstrate the highest standards of transparency, involvement and use of evidence in its decision making. We now have a form and structure that allows us to operate effectively and Healthwatch Advisory Group members understand their duties and powers.
