Information: transferring patient records to Virgin Care
With Virgin Care having been awarded the new contract for providing adult community health services in B&NES the transfer of patient records from Sirona has begun.
Staff at Sirona care & health and Virgin Care are working hard to ensure that community healthcare services in B&NES transfer safely and smoothly on 1 April 2017.
A key part of this is the transfer of patient records so that those residents currently receiving care and support from Sirona will continue to do so when the new provider takes over.
Patients are being asked if they agree to their patient records being transferred over. A simple leaflet has been developed outlining the steps Sirona patients need to take W: Patient transfer info card
