Non Emergency Patient Transport – Focus Group

The focus group is an opportunity for members of the public who use patient transport to share their views on what they think of the service and how they would like to see it run in the future.

E-zec Medical have been appointed as the new provider for non emergency transport in B&NES from 1 June 2019 and the views shared on the day will be used to help shape service provision.

If you are unable to make the focus group but would still like to share your views we would be more than happy to schedule a phone call or come to an event to talk to you.
