The annual general meeting for the three standalone organisations that merged earlier this year as Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group will be held in September.
Taking place virtually on the afternoon of Thursday 10 September (2-4pm), the AGM will look back on the final year of the individual organisations and highlight the successes and challenges each faced in the run up to merger.
Members of the public will be encouraged to attend the meeting which, due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, will be held virtually via Zoom, the online video conferencing platform.
As well as officially presenting the former organisations’ financial accounts, the meeting will allow guests to submit questions to the current senior management team of the newly merged Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire CCG.
A full agenda for the AGM, as well as instructions on how to join the meeting and submit a question, will be made available in the coming weeks.
