Digital mental health and well being service for young people asks for input

Kooth, a digital mental health and wellbeing service, that offers support platforms for young people and adults, is looking to redesign their services to reduce the time between sign up and receiving support.

To help them do so, they need your help. Kooth would like to hear from a range of diverse voices from various backgrounds, because of changes to the gender and ethnicity sections of the sign-up process, which they hope will help new users.

Participants will be shown designs via Zoom, and asked some questions as to what they are seeing, for example - what works and what doesn't work.

Sessions will be about 40 minutes, alongside a member of the Kooth team, where you will have an informal 1:1 discussion. They are ideally looking for 1-2 individuals to take part in the project.

Due to COVID-19, Kooth, are asking groups to set up these meetings, so that someone known to the participant is available to ensure that they are comfortable.

Participants will receive a £15 Amazon voucher for taking part. Kooth can be flexible about dates and times to whenever suits the participants, but would ideally like to begin the 1:1's this month.
