NHS England and NHS Improvement South West want to understand more about oral health (mouth care and dental health) of people who live in the South West. Take the survey, and have your say.

NHS England and NHS Improvement South West plan and buy dental services in the region. Information gathered from this survey will help develop plans for services in the future. The NHS are working with a specialist research company to gather this information, Ottaway Strategic Management.
