Our Health, Our Future
Carried out on behalf of the wider STP which encourages people living in the three regions to reflect on their own experiences of healthcare and look at how services can be improved for the future.
For six weeks until the end of July, the campaign will aim to find out what local people think about health and care issues, which will then be used in the development of the local five-year plan.
Our Health Our Future is being rolled out with limited resources, so any support would be greatly appreciated. Help spread the word by:
- Completing the survey and encouraging family and friends to also share their views
- Sharing social media posts
- Informing the CCGs of any upcoming events at which the campaign could be promoted
People will be able to share their views by participating in an online survey, or the equivalent paper version, as well as on social media and at engagement events across the region.
Our Health Our Future is a brilliant opportunity to identify the health and care issues that are important to local people.
