An opportunity to hear an update from Dr Andrew Smith and Amanda Simpson from B&NES Enhanced Medical Services (BEMS+) on the Primary Care: Preparing for the Future project.

This project, which has been running since April 2015, provides weekend access to a GP for those patients who are frail and vulnerable.
